• Workshop Volunteers

Help us bring valuable workshops to life by becoming a workshop volunteer. You’ll assist with setup, engage with youth participants, and support the facilitation of interactive sessions focused on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and life skills. This role is ideal for those who enjoy teaching, interacting with young people, and fostering a positive learning environment.

• Youth Mentors

Become a guiding force as a youth mentor in the ELITE Program! Mentors work one-on-one or in small groups with youth aged 15-19, helping them build confidence, set goals, and develop leadership skills. As a mentor, you’ll be a role model, offering support in personal development and career exploration. Mentorship opportunities in Henrico and Richmond are essential for those passionate about youth empowerment.

• Workshop Coordinators

Take on a leadership role as a workshop coordinator and help organize and manage our community workshops. Coordinators are responsible for planning sessions, scheduling speakers, and ensuring each event runs smoothly. This position is ideal for organized, proactive individuals with skills in event management and a commitment to making a positive impact.
